Delete your data

You can remove Phygitaim's access to your accounts and ask us to delete your data at any time.

Remove Phygitaim from Facebook or Instagram

1. In Phygitaim, go to Settings → Connectors, choose the Facebook Page or Instagram account and press Disconnect. We delete its access token at once and its details within 30 days.
2. Or, in Facebook, go to Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Phygitaim and press Remove. Facebook tells us, and we delete the data we received from Facebook for that account within 30 days. You can check the status of that request at the link Facebook shows you.

Delete your Phygitaim account

• Team members: ask your company's Administrator to remove you (Settings → Users), or email us.
• Administrators: to delete your whole company and everything in it, email support@phygitalm.com from your account's email address, or raise a ticket from Need support? in the app, with the subject "Delete my data".

We confirm the request by email, then delete your account, content, contacts and connected accounts within 30 days. Backups are deleted within a further 90 days. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

Contacts of our customers

If a company used Phygitaim to email or call you, ask that company to delete your details, or email support@phygitalm.com and we will pass your request on.
