PhygitAIm is the flagship GTM platform and brand of Denover MMC Private Limited. Built by the founding team behind Make My Campaign, with experience across Microsoft, Cisco, Google, and Adobe, PhygitAIm helps businesses unify digital and physical engagement to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Denover MMC Private Limited, operating under the brand name PhygitAIm. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

PhygitAIm provides services including, but not limited to:

  • Events & In-person Engagement
  • Lead Generation
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Digital Marketing
  • Social Media Management
  • Telecalling Services
  • Content Creation
  • Branding & Design

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and all necessary materials required for the successful delivery of services. Failure to do so may result in project delays or additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.
  • Late payments may incur interest at 18% per annum unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, deliverables, and intellectual property created by Denover MMC Private Limited (PhygitAIm) remain the Company's property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership may be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary, confidential, and business-sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. All outstanding payments must be settled before termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Denover MMC Private Limited (PhygitAIm) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

10. Returns & Refunds

As all services are customized and delivered based on client requirements, no returns or refunds will be provided once work has commenced.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on our website or communicated in writing, where applicable.

12. Acceptance

By engaging the services of Denover MMC Private Limited, operating under the brand name PhygitAIm, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
